Normal Shop Labor Rates are $69.99 per hour, excluding Golden Gate Estates and beyond. Our Call Out/Diagnostic
Rate is $49.99, with up to a "$10.00 Rebate if We Get the Job." Thank you for your business.

For locations East of Wilson Blvd. and/or South of US 41, there is a surcharge of $0.40 per mile, including travel time
to get Parts and Supplies. We are forced to do this to remain profitable so we can service this area of Naples.

A-1 MOBILE MECHANICS will install your parts, but will not warrant the job for obvious reasons. Either we can
diagnose the problem at our standard rate or if you are confident in your diagnostic skills, you can do it yourself.
Obviously we don't warranty the Parts, but we guarantee they will be installed correctly. If you diagnose it though
and the Parts you ordered and we installed don't "fix the problem," there is nothing we can do about that.

Because of the poor SW Florida economic situation and scarcity of responsible, professional mechanics, we are only
working on a part-time basis at present, so be patient please.

IT'S GOING ON THREE YEARS SINCE WE OPENED OUR DOORS. Most small businesses don't make it a year. We survived
during some very hard times with this economy. Thank you all for your support. We hope we have proven to you that we do
quality work, at a reasonable price and most of the time at your location. We may not be the cheapest in town and we are
definitely NOT the most expensive in town. We offer a Good Reputation and Fairness. What more could you ask for?

A-1 Presently subcontracts the Labor to Different Sub-Contractors depending on the type of repairs required. They will
diagnose or confirm a diagnosis, Quote a Price in Writing if Requested and do the Repairs. If you have a problem with one of
the Mechanics in any way, call A-1 and we will straighten out the situation. The Sub-Contractors warrant their work for at
Least Ninety Days and are Entirely Responsible for the Job.

As an Experiment, we put a thermometer inside the van. The thermometer rose to 140 degrees. The van is dark blue with a
partially white top. On a more cloudy day, the interior temperature rose to 120 degrees. With the A/C putting out 59
degrees initially, it took the van quite a while to cool down.

We Come to YOU, with Quality Service and Reasonable Rates, as our television ads stressed and our ads in the Collier Citizen
community newspaper pointed out. We come to you, with reasonable labor rates, experience and an aptitude for Diagnostics,
Maintenance and Repairs on Motor Vehicles, and We shop our part's prices for quality and economy. We are not locked into
one company for all our parts. Certain parts are only available through a Dealer.

Sometimes it may seem like the work takes less time than we have scheduled and charge, but that is because at times there is
a lot of preparation, behind the scenes time, to do a job. If we over-estimate a job, we let you know.

We will install customer-provided parts if they fit and don't have to be modified, but will not be responsible for the Part(s),
any damage caused by the Part(s). For example, if you order a part on-line and we install it only to have it fail within 90
days, we will not be responsible for the labor to remove the part so you can return it for a replacement part and have us
install the new part, under a Labor Warranty. We  will warranty the work we do installing the part for 90 days! If we install it
defectively, we will be responsible.

As an example of our services (also see Services tab), looking for a break, Karen chose to have her car towed from Cape
Coral to us. She got correct diagnoses and repairs all in the same day at a rate, including parts and labor, she was satisfied
with. We even found and destroyed the wasp's nest that had made a home in her car while it sat in her driveway.

If in doubt, as most people are, have one of our mechanics diagnose your car professionally to determine what is wrong
with it and has to be done to fix it. We will give you an Estimate before doing any work, and then you sign the Work Order
before we start. We can email this info back and forth if necessary. For a mechanic to come out cost $49.99 + extraordinary
costs (tolls, etc.), depending on the location. Sometimes it's difficult to diagnose what seems to be an obvious problem but
turns out to be something else completely. A proper diagnosis will save you time and money in the long run and assure us
we will have all the right parts and tools to do the job when we do come out. It will also help keep our overhead low. Driving
around irresponsibly is a waste of time and gas.

We keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to you, the consumer. As a rule, We don't tow, weld or modify. In fact,
we can save you towing charges. We work in your garage or driveway, if zoning permits, without being unsightly or leaving
a mess. We can take your car to our garage to do the work if necessary. There is drive time involved, but if your at work and
need your car repaired, it is an excellent option.
